Who Are We?
Thank you for visiting my website! My name is D.J. Portinga and I own Grand County Kayak and SUP Rentals.
After working for 4 summers at a marina on Shadow Mountain Lake, I noticed a demand for Kayak and SUP delivery to the various lakes in the Grand Lake area. After some saving and access to a pick-up and trailer, (thanks to my Great-Grandfather and Grandfather), Grand County Kayaks was born!
We offer 4-Hour to multi-day rentals of Single Kayaks, Double (2-person) Kayaks and Stand Up Paddle Boards. We want to make your vacation to our beautiful area a memorable one!
